I took this photo in the Costa Rican rain forest. Our guide carefully picked it up off a leaf and allowed me to take several pictures before he jumped off. They are called poison dart frogs and were once used by the natives to kill animals with an arrow. They are sold in the gift shops as a quite colorful porcelain figurine.
