Out of 208 entries, Alice received 1st Place for her photo: White Horse in the Snow, in the Midwest Photography Group's contest for its winter logo at FineArtAmerica. The photo was taken in Geagua County, Ohio in early November of 2019.

Alice Terrill will participate in a group exhibit to be held at the Princess Museum at the Puerto Rican Tourism Headquarters located in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Other artists include: Artistas de Puerto Rico Asociadas (APPRA), Sonia Ruiz, Norma Martinez, Estela Robles, Estela Cabrera, Brenda Rossy, Marilyn Ghigliotty, Ada Torres, Carmen Tirado, Maria Soto, Lourdes Gomez, Alejandra Baiz, Yamelin Gonzalez, Fulgen Sabatier and Ingrid Ramos.

Mediums: Oil, Photography, Watercolor, Acrylic, Pastel and Mosaic.


The exhibit will be open to the public, free admission until February 27, 2015.

Alice Terrill was recently awarded First Prize in the Fine Art of America contest "People with their Musical Instruments". The photo of "Guitarist by the Sea", is a black and white photograph that she took of her late husband, Puerto Rican guitar virtuoso Federico A. Cordero.

Alice Terrill's digital painting "Gemini" has been featured in the group "Astrology Art". This is a collaboration between Alice and artist William Baumol. They created a group of paintings called "Zodiac Series", from which a calendar was published in 2010 using all the astrologyical signs. In addition the paintings were on exhibit at the Rotterdam University for several months in 2010.

Digital artist Alice Terrill's painting "Flamboyanazo" featured in FAA's popular art group "Promote Your Art". Alice is from Puerto Rico and this is her rendition of the national tree of the island.

Photographer Alice Terrill has just released a new greeting card for the holidays: "Christmas Poinsettia". The photo was taken in her yard among her collection of hundreds of tropical plants. You may purchase a box of 10 or 25 cards, or just a single card. Each card can display a personal message from you, and the artist's name will appear on the back of the card.

Photographer Alice Terrill's "Stained Glass Magnifico" photo won 1st Place in the "Only Glass Art" contest. This picture was taken at City Hall in Old San Juan, PR.

Artists Alice Terrill and Will Baumol placed second in the FAA contest "Cancer Zodiac Sign". This contest was sponsored by the "Painter's Universe" Group. Their painting "Cancer" is one of twelve in a collection called "Zodiac Series". Go to Alice's website at FAA to see the rest of the series.

Photographer Alice Terrill has won 2nd Place in the Everything Spanish Contest at FAA. As a result, her photo will appear on the website www.travelersbff.com travel blog. The guitar in the photo, is a Spanish guitar made by the late JosŽ Ram’rez from Madrid, and owned by her husband-guitarist, Federico A. Cordero.

Photographer Alice Terrill won third place for her photo "Stained Glass Magnifico" in the "Flowers on Glass" contest, sponsored by the Glass Art Group, administered by Farah Faizal. Twenty-two FAA artists participated in this contest.
