Photographer Alice Terrill tied for 1st Place with her photo: "Koons - Balloon Dog" in the contest "Touch", sponsored by the Textures, Textures, Textures Group, at FAA, administered by Beth Akerman. This photo was taken on the rooftop of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, June 2008. More than 150 artists participated in this contest.

Artists Alice Terrill & Will Baumol have won 2nd Place for their digital art painting "Aries" in the contest "Zodiac Art - Aries" sponsored by Fine Art America. Only members of Fine Art America could participate in the voting, and it was very narrow. They won 2nd place, missing first place by one vote. Their painting is included in the 12 part series of paintings entitled "Zodiac Series" and can be viewed on Alice's website at Fine Art America.

1st Place Prize for B & W Photo "Sanibel Starfish" in the contest, Little Still Lifes Found in Nature. Dedicated to all wildlife in the Gulf of Mexico that have had to endure one of the worst ecological disasters in human history.

Alice Terrill and Will Baumol's collection of digital paintings, entitled "The Zodiac Series", is on exhibit at the Erasmus Gallery in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The 12 paintings have been converted into a calendar for 2010 which may be viewed at the gallery along with the works of several artists, from other countries who are participating in the same exhibit. The exhibit will continue until May 15, 2010.
